I’ve been taking Elysium for a while now. Honestly, I don’t feel any big changes in my energy, focus, or overall well-being. That said, it doesn’t upset my stomach, and one thing I noticed is that my urine doesn’t turn bright yellow like with many other supplements, which probably means it’s being absorbed differently. It’s not bad, but I’m still waiting to feel something more noticeable to justify the price. Might keep going a bit longer to see if there’s any long-term benefit.

I don’t know if it’s the quality of the ingredients but I’ve definitely seen a benefit in my skin quality and texture. I hope it’s not placebo cause I’m about to buy another bottle… Or two
