Well i came to know tht u should take it after food by 2 hours or before food by one hour . Now i have sever hair loss due to being a newly mother and its been three weeks now and there is no big change or improvements seen yet . I will defiantly update you once i see a change . Great product especially for hair. My wife's hairs were thin and falling excessively sometimes in bunch. But after using Nature's way Alive now her hair stops falling as well as become thick and dense. It's really a great product for hairs. I strongly recommend this product for weak and falling hairs.
