My hair didn’t get less in my late 40’s when keep going on to take it. After taking the first course of 4 capsules daily then I changed to 2 capsules a day, I don’t expect it has the effect of more hair growing to increase the hair volume but could keep my constant hair quantity I would be so appreciated!

It has good ingredients with good effects on hair, need to use longer to evaluate effectiveness. The capsules are normal sized and easy to swallow with no bad taste. I only take two capsules a day since the b vitamins are mega ulta dosed excessively for four capsules. Be careful of taking too much B6 and consider your other sources of it like a multi for instance. Overall a quality product, but i wish the doses of the ingredients of the proprietary blends were disclosed.
