I am super curious about this product. The dosage advice is quite confusing. If you are an active adult once a month, if not otherwise. I take different stuff, I am uncertain of its efficacy.
i feel like the once a month timing is the best overall way to use this product.
I don't know the effect yet. I read about this ingredient; it's well written, so I took it for prevention. Antioxidants are useful anyway.

An excellent antioxidant, I took the first dose, I hope it really works well and helps me with inflammation, respiratory issues, and immunity. The package size is ideal because it contains individual doses. The benefits seem to be of good quality; it contains quercetin as an ingredient.
I've been taking fisetin intermittently, but I found out there's a product with better ingredients and quality. It's easy to take, the packaging is pretty, and it's compact, making it easy to carry around.

Good ingredients, good quality, take 4 pills a day, 2 days in a row, only once a month. Buy it when it's on sale, I think it helps take care of my health very well.
