I haven’t noticed any changes to ovaries health yet but it definitely reduces sugar cravings and I was able to loose 4 pounds in two weeks! Which is definitely a sign of a better metabolism. Tastes good to me. It also gives me a better sleep and benefits the nervous system. Overall it’s a great quality!

I have so many supplements in pill form that I was not too excited to add another. I am 37 and using this to try to support my egg quality as we try to conceive. Not fully sure if it works or not (time will tell), but this supplement is delicious and easy to take. It tastes like one of those Tums Smoothie tablets. It has a nice flavor and isn't too dry or chalky.
