Melatonin, Strawberry, 20 mg, 400 Tablets

I just received this yesterday and couldn't wait to try it. I've used 5 mg and 10 mg melatonin before, but they didn't quite do the job for me. This 20 mg version is exactly what I needed. It helped me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night. The strawberry flavor is a nice touch, and the 400 tablets make it an amazing value. Im excited to see how it performs with long-term use!

I’m happy with this purchase. I was a bit hesitant because the price was so low for the dosage and amount, but it’s great quality. Taste is okay and it dissolves quickly enough in your mouth.

I’m a shift worker so sleep is important and to get a quick acting formula at a decent dosage without paying a fortune can be challenging, this ticked all the boxes. The taste is very fruity - not my fave - but the effects are great. I sleep easily, falling asleep faster than I did on other products, and stay asleep for the period I need to, I am well rested without morning fogginess. Good price point and great to be able to buy in a large quantity. Easy to take, very small sized tablets.

I take Melatonin before going to bed for over 20 years. Not all brands are equally effective. But this one is definitely my favorite. I usually took 2 tablets of 10 mg NOW Melatonin with glass of water. Its worked over the time however because of water I had to go to toilet during the night. Melatonin Strawberry 20 mg is like a chewable candy. Works very fast and gives quiet deep sleep. I recommend it without hesitation for adults.

20mg is my sweet spot for sleep. I was planning on cutting them in ½ since I used to only take 10mg a night - but I couldn't find my pill splitter - so I took a whole one the first night - and I could definitely tell the difference.
