This supplement works well for managing daily stress and hormonal shifts. I feel more leveled out since I started taking it. Giving 4 stars only because the liquid soft-gels are quite large, but the results are worth it.

I love these pills. They help with my stress in my mood during the day and the quality seems pretty well and the benefits of them are amazing.
I bought this for my mum. I do not think it's worth the price as my mum has not observed any noticeable differences in her health or quality of life as a result of this supplement. She did not have any GI issues or adverse effects from supplementing with 1 pill a day (half the stated dosage). Will not purchase again.
First time trying this supplement, it's been good so far. Helps with hormonal balance and stress with the benefits of ashwaghanda and evening primrose.
Halfway through this bottle, I ordered another one. I quickly felt the benefits of the ashwagandha and not feeling so edgy when my period was coming around. I do notice a very strong scent to my urine after taking one dose. Other than that, I think they're easy to swallow.
The quality is good, and it helps me manage stress. My mood gets better, and I can sleep better. It has a lot of benefits, and the taste is not bad.

Thank you to the other folks who left detailed reviews for this supplement--I am SO glad I took a gamble on this one. It has alleviated all my symptoms and helped me out of an awful depression. I am 38 and have been dealing with (probably perimenopausal??) issues for the last year or so--mostly irregular/extremely long periods with extreme heavy bleeding, PMS/PMDD symptoms, and consistently low mood and depression. After several horrible trials of drs throwing random birth control meds at me to "regulate things", I did some supplement research and landed on this one, since I've tried an Irwin brand supplement before and loved the quality. I'm an herbalist and was so excited to find all of these great ingredients together in one blend--the evening primrose oil, reishi, and milk thistle plus the dong quai are all a powerful and nourishing blend especially, and the vitamins and flaxseed feel extra supportive. I only take 2 per day, not 4 as recommended, and I take it 3-5 hours away from my medications so they don't have liver interactions. Gelcap liquid form helps it be very digestible and smooth. No bad taste or vitaminy burps. The full cost is pricey for me, but IDC it is worth it!! If you want to keep having a cycle, prob take a break from this every two weeks.
