I've tried all of the ingredients that this product supposedly contains and thought that it would be convenient to have them all in one product. This stuff has no effect whatsoever. This product is a total ripoff. Do not buy.
I bought something for my son to help him sleep better, but they don't really help him.
Sleep support with good ingredients that induce calm and help you fall asleep, this is not an aggressive pill.
Better than oral strips, with a few extra ingredients. The dosage is ideal with one capsule, and the tablet size isn't a problem, although you should remember to take it with a glass of water... tasteless. Very vivid dreams and no waking up in between, which is new for me!
The melatonin dose is perfect. Doesn't give you melatonin picks. I sleep deeply like a baby whenever I take it. Probably really good for jetlag.
