Chlorella is a bright green algae dense in nutrients. It is considered a "superfood" because it is high in protein, iron, dietary fiber, B vitamins, and complex carbohydrates. Chlorella also contains high levels of antioxidants like vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acids, and carotenoids like beta carotene, which combat free radicals.
I bought these chlorella capsules as a detox supplement, and I think they're okay. The 500mg dosage seems a bit low, but I haven't noticed any negative effects. The packaging is standard, but shipping to Israel was fast.
