I really trust the quality of the Tonalin ingredient used here. regarding the size, be aware that these are standard 1,000 mg softgels, so they are a bit large. However, because they are smooth softgels, they slide down easily and are surprisingly easy to swallow despite their size. You get a high potency in just one pill, which I prefer over taking multiple smaller ones.
