The ingredients are of good quality, but some dosages are too high, raising concerns about the risk of nerve damage. Overall, it's a good product; however, it's recommended to control the dosage yourself.
I bought this hoping to increase my testosterone and improve my muscle strength. It's good that it contains high-quality ingredients in the right amounts. I also appreciate that it includes ingredients to enhance absorption. Supplements containing ashwagandha and lip factor are rare, so I'd like to buy it again when it's on sale. Please note that the tablets are a bit large.
