Potent supplement , and effective for bloating and constipation .I recommand it for people suffering for ibs.Just one thing i read that maltodextrin is not nice for many people
I bought this product because it contained a specific strain that is not in many other brands. Can’t say I can really tell the difference in anything after taking it, but I do think probiotics help long term health so I will continue taking this one.

quality is great. i often experience bloating, n bowel movement every 1-2 days. with this, im less bloated as well as having daily bowel movements! was experimenting with new strains n this proved effective. each bottle lasts 2 months, def worth the money for the price.
