It seems good quality no doubt but very expensive and it does no miracles. I mixed it with other probiotics which are good for weight co trol and fatty liver but didnt see any good sign.

It is a very good brand trusted by my naturopathic doctor. It contains Akkermansia which is supposed to be very beneficial for gut health.

seems to be helpful in the way I intended. will need to check back to see if akkermansia actually seeds.
