Immunity, Elderberry Zinc, Natural, 45 Lozenges

Probably telling you too much, but I use these to add a little zinc to my daily food & supplement routine. Not to overdo since one of my vitamins has zinc, I use half each day, putting any unused half in the fridge. Also like to have them on hand for colds and coughs. NOTE: I've read not to take zinc close to a meal with carbs or it inhibits absorption. Can't swear to that, but I try my best to do it.

While I like all Zand lozenges for their sugar and chemical free formulas, this one is my particular favorite. I love the taste of elderberries !

Excellent lozenges without sugar and chemicals. The only drawback is that they get very sticky in the wrapper which makes it difficult to remove them. Unfortunately there is not an alternative to these because there are not other brands that come close to this one (so far).

Good lozenges for added vitamin c or to protect from cold. The sad thing is that they melt when the temperature is high, and it’s a drag to unstuck them from the wrapping paper

These are so yummy. They taste like candy and not a cough drop. Kinda dangerous because then you want to keep eating them when you’re no longer sick. But they do help with coughs.

These taste really good and do help to soothe a sore or dry throat. Very happy with this larger bag that they now come in.

this is my favourite lozenges. easy to eat and it's effective for flu thats about to start. I take it once im sneezing some bit and it works to settle the incoming bug. but it can melt easily if not refrigerated so keep it dry and cool as much as possible. good quality lozenges.
