This is one of the best vitamin C supplements I've tried! The absorption is noticeably better thanks to the liposomal form, and it's very gentle on the stomach—no discomfort or acidity at all. I felt a clear boost in my immunity after just a few days of use. The antioxidant benefits are real, and I love that it's high quality with clean ingredients. The taste is surprisingly pleasant, and the individual packets are super convenient for travel. Great mg dosage and well thought-out package size. Highly recommend!
