Using this as part of an anti clotting supplement. Helps with sports recovery to bring down inflammation as well. Notice that it also supports stomach health in digestion. No noticeable taste. Ingredients look clean and price is reasonable. Good enzymes supplement on days I cant get enough fruits in a day.

I had been using Jarrow Bromelain for many years for sinus. Worked wonderfully . Now it is not being processed. After looking at different Bromelains I tried time. Very pleased. Working well for keeping sinus well, Will recommend.

This is a different brand and dosage of bromelain that I have used since the switch from Vitacost to iHerb. I use bromelain especially when it’s colder and/or I’m working to keep in good shape. In my case, I use it primarily to reduce or eliminate respiratory issues connected with a running nose and/or post-nasal drip from common allergies and colds as well as occasional sinusitis. When I don’t use it, I somewhat quickly notice the difference.

I don't know what is in the pill or how effective this bromelain is, but it offers very good value, and according to the description, the quality seems acceptable.
