I got this to grow out my hair along with along with pumpkin seed oil, and bamboo silica. I heard these three are the holy grail for hair growth.

Started working within about 4-5 days. Not sure yet if it’s going to be enough for me due to medical issues Not the horsetail Otherwise happy with it though it is a bigger capsule so bit harder to swallow but quality ingredients & benefits

the quality is good and ingredient is natural size and dosage is perfect

Nutricost is one of my go to supplements because of their quality ingredient claims. I read about Horsetail a little while back but put it aside. Now having had to get back to benefits I need for hair health, I was lead back to Horsetail. Rabbit 🐇 🕳 research I did clinched this herb for me. Just reading what it does other than hair, tells me I was lead in this direction. I have been going to an awesome Chiropractic who has done amazing things for me. This Godly created herb 🌿 will help with issues I am having other than for hair. I got so excited reading everything it does WOW! I was amazed so I immediately ordered it. it can lower B1 and Potassium and I have those so I take them as well but separate time frames. so far I have not had any issues at all. Even having skipped the Potassium and B1. But I need those as well so I need to stay on top of it. I am a work in progress. eating better, low sugar, checking labels but falling off the wagon every now then is normal for me. I intermittent fasting very easy. have done it all my life not really knowing the benefits of it so thats probably why I'm healthier than my other 2 siblings who were couch potatoes and chronic grazers. Love them. (This being the reason for my lean on supplements).
