The ingredients were up to par on quality. The size of the supplement for your gut microbiome was amazing and its digestion and absorption and taste was amazing.
It has a very nice natural taste. I drink it in the morning during pregnancy. Because of the progesterone meds I am constipated and it helps a bit with it's support of the microbiome.
