ok quality I bought for ingredient good size read the dosage but did not work for myself

It didn't work for me unfortunately. I was not able to fall asleep after taking 2 tablets.

I have persistent insomnia and have tried sleeping pills several times. A friend recommended Trans-Q Sleep, which I take two pills 30 minutes before bed. I feel noticeably more relaxed, and my mind doesn't wander. I will continue to take it. 😁

There weren't many reviews, but I decided to buy it! Until now, there were many times when I couldn't fall asleep even after taking melatonin gummies, but since I started taking this, I've been able to fall asleep really easily! I highly recommend it!!

I’ve struggled with waking up after 4–5 hours of sleep, but Tran-Q Sleep helps me feel calm before bed and sleep more deeply. No grogginess in the morning, which is rare for sleep support products. I take it along with magnesium and inositol, - great combo for nervous system support!

If one needs just a little calming to settle in for a night's rest, then this would be good. Good ingredients; smells good, too! But if a person has tick-borne disease or other condition that often causes insomnia, then this is probably not for that individual. Having difficult issues, I took it last night and only 2 hours of sleep were realized. The taste is fine; dosage fine; size of tablet is agreeable.

Good quality, a little expensive but ingredients are clean, benefits work well and there is no taste despite lavender smell.

Gentle yet efficient without any type of becoming needy. Quality is good I take half a dose per night and works wonders

The quality and ingredients in this product are great! I have been really happy with it! No after taste in my opinion! The size is a bit small for the price but that is ok it is worth it. The dosage seems fine to me. So many benefits from this product that I have noticed!

Highly recommend and works wonders. A nice product to aid with sleep and wake up without feeling groggy.
