Good enough pre-workout for the price. It gives a decent boost of energy and helps with focus during training without feeling too overwhelming. The effect is noticeable, especially at the beginning of the workout, although I wouldn’t say it’s the strongest pre-workout I’ve tried. Overall, it works as expected and is a solid option for regular gym sessions.

Best flavor I’ve ever tried — it’s so delicious. With 500 ml of water, it tastes like juice. It gives great performance during workouts. One scoop is more than enough for most people, but personally I prefer a higher dose of beta-alanine and L-citrulline. Overall, it’s beneficial and provides good energy. To maximize the effects, take it on an empty stomach

Good product and I was lucky to get it on sale so it was very reasonable. Gaspari is a well respected brand and the composition of this is good. Not the best tasting pre workout I've tried but certainly not the worst either.
got that artificial taste and leftover taste in the mouth. but the pump and focus is superb

This was my favorite more then 10 years ago (orange flavor) then I couldn't find it anywhere, loved the composition and the energy it gave me. When I saw it on iHerb I was sooo happy and ordered it. Package and dosage is good. Love the results and I'll reorder once I'm out.
great quality good taste i use it before 30 minutes of the work out & really my workout is more energized & smooth. i noticed benefits of mood improvement when using it had 30 serving which is good as other pre-workout had only 20 .
