I purchased this to up my daily dose of greens and to alkalize. I take a couple of scoops abt. 15 minutes before each meal. I actually like the taste compared to other greens powders I have tried. No other ingredient. Just mix it with some water (dissolves easily) and drink it down. It's a great product to start with if you're new to green powders.
Bitter taste. I don’t know whether it’s high quality. It has an intense green color and a metallic taste — really unpleasant. If it is good quality, which I can’t confirm, then the taste doesn’t matter. Somewhere it says that it contains lead.

Medical Medium recommends barley grass juice powder as a superfood and benefit to be added to diet as an antioxidant for improvement of health. The taste is relatively strong but mixes well in the smoothie. Appreciate the big package to get value for money and the age of the powder appears to be fine. I do hope that the quality ingredient was used.
This organic barley grass juice powder is great for extra energy, and it is great value too because one container has over 400 servings. The taste isn't bad either. It is great for detoxing. Good for nutrition.
