Nice small capsules and nice that they only have rice flour as filler! I take this to help absorption of my supplements. Probably too early to tell if it's making a difference but no side effects.
This is my first time using bioperine or trademarked piperine. Before purchasing this I was taking black pepper powder with my resveratrol & other supplements or vitamins that piperine can potentiate. This is much more convienient and no sneezing.

I am taking it for the added benefits to other supplements. Not 100% sure if it is working but i find it OK for now.
I've got nothing to complain about. This is like supplemental supplement, as in you use it to increase the bio-availability of others, such as curcumin. Good dosage for the price. The capsules don't have any taste or smell (although I didn't try breaking one open to see if it tastes like pepper).
