I have been using it for systemic candidiasis and found it helpful. It also reduces rashes on the body. One downside is that it slowly stomach peristalsis for some reason - it is not the brand but caprylic acid itself that causes this. So, if you have any stomach issues after taking this then beware.
I take 1 capsule a day to maintain healthy intestinal microflora and eliminate SIBO. Caprylic acid helps neutralize pathogenic microflora in the intestines and even helps increase the secretion of gastric acid. The capsule size is not very large, it has no taste or smell.

Took off 1 star because the caps are just huge! Hard for me to swallow. Otherwise product doesnt have any bad odor or taste, and hopefully does what it's supposed to. I take it for yeast control. I am not sure if it's working. I still have bloating.
