This is my second time buying this protein, and I absolutely love it! The vanilla bean flavor is smooth and not overly sweet — it blends beautifully with my smoothies, oats, or just shaken with water. No chalky texture and no weird aftertaste, which is rare for whey protein. I also love the clean ingredient list — grass-fed whey, no artificial junk, and it’s easy on the stomach. I feel good using this after workouts because I know I’m getting 23g of quality protein with great taste. Finally a good quality clean protein. Noticeably no bloating after taking this, compared to my previous protein powders that had lots of added extras. This one has minimal ingredients. Taste-wise, it’s good. Vanilla is versatile that’s why I got this. I’ve made strawberry smoothies, chocolate banana protein shake, and plain vanilla protein. Mixes well, and good to take after working out.

Keeps me full all day. I love that it uses monk fruit instead of Stevia which gives me a headache. Almost all protein powders use stevia. This tastes great just mixed with water. I mix it using a fork and it’s perfectly blended and easy - no need to drag out the blender. I have my mom taking it too. It makes me full and sustained so I snack less throughout the day. I’m super picky about protein powder and this is one I definitely like. I’ve purchased it maybe 8 times or more now. Down side is it’s expensive and I wish iherb carried the larger bag size. Also it’s protein concentrate instead of isolate. Not exactly sure what the difference is, supposedly isolate is easier to digest. Either way I’m happy with it. I mix in some promax plain isolate and collagen powder for super potent morning mix.

This whey is so smooth and not clumpy at all. It’s mixes well with hot or cold and tastes great! It’s a great way to get some added protein if you aren’t eating enough. It’s something good to have after a workout.

I would give it 5 stars but i need to scoop a big scoop of whey, it tastes better than most vanilla, but still has a little artificial taste. I would recommend this brand because it does not have many binders.

I love how clean is ingredient list of this product. Package size could be bigger for that price, but if you are looking for clean whey, try this one for sure
