Here’s their response: (“Regarding your inquiry about our Fast Dissolve Melatonin 10 mg, we can confirm that it is indeed Kosher. Furthermore, the product is entirely plant-based and does not contain any pig ingredients”). On the other hand, I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks promising. I’ll update my review accordingly.

Size is good, taste is fine and thankfully not too sweet. I started with 10 mg and then upped it. my sleep was even more interrupted so I researched and discovered less is more with melatonin. I broke the tablet in half last night and my sleep improved. Now I have enough for 2 years in this bottle... excuse me! Such a reasonably priced supplement and a 2-year supply! that's unheard of these days. I'm not exactly sure what that says about quality but it's working. and how expensive it is doesn't guarantee quality or absorption.

I take 2 or 3 around an hour before bed and they work great and taste good too

Too strong for me, makes me sleepy during the entire morning, it really is "fast disolve", but 10 mg is way too much for me. Despite being too strong, it is quality product , so I opted for 5 mg product of the same manufacturer. Taste is O.K., causes no aftertaste or nausea.
