L.Reuteri Complex, 60 DRcaps® Hypromellose Capsules

I've added this probiotic complex to my daily rotation after learning of the benefits of reuteri. I do think I feel better since taking it. I still sometimes have bloating if I eat too much sugar, but that's my own fault. Otherwise, I think it's helped with bloating a little. I am trying to replenish my gut with good bacteria so that the bad stuff doesn't have the chance to survive anymore as much.

A nice probiotic blended with inulin fiber. The capsules were gastrointestinal resistente, in overall size and easy to swallow. No side effects while supplementing it. I started taking prebiotic and probiotic after a long term detox to replenish the good bacteria in my gut. According to few doctor Zeballos, the Lactobacillus rhamnosus are responsible for kipping the lining of the gut intact. :)

I just received those from IHerb. IHerb has a great collection and prices are reasonable comparing with other vendors. I will update when Incan say more about this supplement.
