Great quality! dosage 1000 MG per tablet. I take 2 per day, the size of the tablet is not very big which is good for me.

This one is definitely not for use with transportable pill cases, because the tablets fall apart very easily, which explains the lower price. However, AFAIK it's doing its job of keeping my homocysteine in check.

I'm impressed with the results of this. Great to take before exercising. Uptick in energy and stamina. It’s also a methyl donor which has its benefits. The only downside it is a larger size. Personally I bite it in half then swallow it. The taste is fine. Would recommend.
