It's a great blend of probiotics, not only good for gut, but for olar health also. I was looking for salivarius particularly and it has 2 strains of it which is a plus. It tastes fine and it's absorption is good since it is in the form of chewable tablets. Price is good for the quantity and CFU per tablet.
I was having gum and toothache issues, and taking this tiny chewable tablet this along with some xylitol candies (plus swishing with xylitol and brushing with hydroxyapatite toothpaste) seems to have helped reduce symptoms immensely. The tablets are tiny and the taste is also pleasant like chalky candy. I actually look forward to taking these.
I love the taste,the quality is good,the size is right, and the ingredients are really helpful.I have noticed an improvement with my dental issues since taking them,they are not completely gone but they improved.It is also easily absorbed.I take half of the tablet as taking one was too chaotic for my system.I would recommend this.
This was recommended by GP for allergy support, noticed immediate improvement in allergy symptoms of my 10 yr old son, with combination of regular allergy medication & nasal sprays. This would be perfect for me if it was in a larger quantity as I am using this for myself & 4 children with allergies. Only 1 dislike is the mint chewable but it is mainly designed for the oral health aspect. We prefer to swallow rather than chew for allergy support & I have to cut it in 4 for 10 yr old son.
No idea if they work, but they taste great and leave my mouth feeling fresh if nothing else. Convenient since they're shelf-stable. I'll carry a couple in my bag instead of breath mints.
Most of the bacteria are available in nature but some of this are difficult to find so I recommend it

Small size chewable tablets, not very tasty but are quite OK. I use them before bed by just letting to dissolve in the mouth. I have been taking this probiotics for a couple of weeks and my breath seems fresher in the morning.
good quality brand I believe. I dissolve 1 tablet under my tonque every night, before I fell asleep. I use it for about a month now and I think my toothplaque is a little less, so I keep using it for some time. good ingredients. small size pill, taste is not too bad.
They are a little small so the even distribution in the mouth is a bit harder. But it feels good and it helps with gum disease.
