You will feel the difference almost right away, been taking it for almost 20 years except for two or three after Covid where it was unavailable and missed the energy and well being I had enjoyed.
I read about this supplement in Jacob Teitelbaum’s book, he takes this everyday and he himself has me/cfs. I started taking it as well and it does help with energy. The only thing is you should measure you vitamin levels frequently if you constantly take this supplement.

The aftertaste is strong from the amino acids. At first it tastes like orange Metamucil but then it tastes like aminos. I had to brush my teeth and chew mint gum to get rid of it. I hope the company sees this and brings back the original flavor. It also leaves your body in yellow from the b vitamins. I’m not sure I’ll take this again to judge benefits. The taste is so hard. Maybe they could offer capsules option.
This product has worked great for my long covid, helping to improve my energy (alongside other strategies). As suggested by creator, I took d-ribose with it. Taste was fine mixed with a mango smoothie.
