Does its job. I was not even sure if I can digest lactose properly so this was a trial purchase to see if I feel different after drinking regular cow milk. I didn’t notice any change so I suppose I’m not having issues with dairy to begin with. My friend however who is sensitive used them a few times and said she felt better.

These pills help me with my lactose intolerance; I don't typically eat big portions of cheese, but for a sandwich, or maybe 2 slices of pizza, or a 200g cottage cheese, the dosing in one pill does the trick for me.

This is a good quality lactase enzyme. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and couldn't digest lactose. It's mostly hit and miss with other lactase tablets but these ones have great composition and actually protects the guts he's able to enjoy dairy after taking it.
