The pumps with this product are insane. Veins and muscle fullness are noticeably better, especially on push and arm days. It mixes well and tastes great, and the stim-free formula makes it perfect to stack with any pre-workout. Definitely worth it if you’re chasing big pump days.

I'm not crazy about the taste of this flavor; I don't feel that this helps me lift and exercise as hard as several other preworkouts I've used.

This is a great, caffeine-free, non-stimulant based pre-workout supplement. It is perfect if you are working out in the afternoon and don't want the tingles or the crash from a traditional pre workout. The brand is expensive, but the flavor is very nice - not artificial and mixes really well. It is quite pleasant and not overpowering so easy to take every day if that's your jam. I like that Ghost puts out a variety of flavors so you don't have to get sick of taking the same thing every day. I haven't noticed an increase in my pump or vascularity necessarily, but as long as it helps lift heavier, it's a good pre workout in my book.
