I've never regretted buying anything from iherb except for this the flavor is disgusting the the price is just not worth it

Loved the flavor, I put a little bit more water that suggested and it’s great with some lemon and ice if you’re looking for a refreshing drink. Make sure to give it a good shake to have it dissolved, it’s great alternative if you’re tired of conventional protein shakes like me :)

I switched to this because traditional milky shakes were feeling way too heavy post-workout. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is super crisp and genuinely tastes like a cold fruit drink. It foams a bit when you shake it, but clears right up. Zero chalky aftertaste, easy on the stomach, and 20+ grams of clean protein!

However, I did notice a slight aftertaste that reminded me of the taste of antibiotics from childhood—a bit medicinal. While it's not overpowering, it's something to consider if you're sensitive to aftertastes. On the positive side, the powder mixes well and doesn't have the typical milky texture, making it a good option for those who prefer a lighter drink.
