I have a fairly strict diet and therfore do not have many sources of calcium. I decided to give this a try about 8 months ago and have been taking it every since! It tastes great and being that it is liquid, is super easy to take!
These supplements worked really well for me. After a couple of weeks, I noticed more energy and better focus during the day. I also feel less tired in the evenings. Very happy with the quality!

I've been taking Bluebonnet liquid calcium for quite a while. It does help with my osteoporosis. Unfortunately the lemon flavor tastes very artificial although it contains real lemon flavor.I take it for the medical benefits so I will finish the bottle.I prefer the other flavors.
The Bluebonnet Lemon flavored liquid calcium is a huge benefit to me as I am a Vegan! Also the flavor is very nice! Helps improve bone strength & density.

Highly recommended!! This is my 2 time of this brand. I found vitamins in i-herb. I love it very much. This is what i seek; 1.) It comes in liquid form easy to take. Smell is not strong. Taste is good. 2). It is in the Liposomal which is claimed to be the most effective form of vitamin.
