i bought this for travel as it is small and packs good potency. i need daily multivitamins due to having lost the ability to absorb fat based vitamins so these bariactric vitamins are great.

I purchased this particular multivitamin, so that i can dose the extra iron that I want on a day to day need. I take iron separately, that is why i needed this product. It is a bit bigger size vitamin, but untill now I had no problem taking it. It has a neutral to slightly bitter taste, but I prefer that to sweetened vitamins ( that just doesn’t make sense to me). Happy with my purchase!
