Not for me
I bought a bunch of throat sprays, as I talk for a living, and always have throat irritation and dry mouth, which makes that very hard! Unfortunately, this was not a winner in my book. I didn't realize there was menthol in it, which is very irritating on an already irritated throat (I don't know why it's in so many cough drops!) I have tried to dilute it with some other honey/propolis sprays I tried but don't love, just to make it a bit less irritating. I will probably use it, but I wouldn't repurchase, as it's not helpful for my purposes.

Great product!
I always keep a bottle on hand, especially when traveling or cold season. The taste is okay, my kids don’t mind. It helps minimize the duration of a sore throat and cold. I’ve tried other propolis sprays and I feel like the quality of this product is the better.
