The taste is pretty nice to me. It'a a little bit sweet and earthy and I don't mind it at all so it's easy to consume. I do feel like my energy is boosted in a gentle way but I've noticed that I take it in the morning and I don't feel like taking a nap during the day which is pretty amazing for me. I'm hoping for some "gains" haha.
There is an unmistakable earthiness to this bee pollen. Not to say that it's bad, just unique. This is a great fresh product at a good price. Not the best but still pretty good.

The ingredients and quality is great, but any seller has to be sure it stays refrigerated else it's hard to take.
