Weird but tasty
It has a very strange taste and smell, but I like it a lot for some reason.
I add it to smoothies and sprinkle on my morning yoghurts.
Scientists say that regular consumption of pollen can significantly improve metabolism and hematopoiesis, so I'm really glad that such a healthy supplement is to my liking!
...because after reading some of the reviews I was very wary of ordering pollen,
so if you still in doubt, I advise you to give it a chance!

Good for energy dips
I keep this on my desk, when I notice I need a bit of brain food or blood stabilization--that my energy starts dropping--I'll take some. It's a nice product, good taste, smells right, I'd recommend it...
It's also something I'll sprinkle on a yogurt, bee pollen in general is wonderful way for us to get some missing nutrients.
