I think the quality is good, but I didn't really like the smell. It's hard to explain, but it has a slightly pungent, indescribable scent. Maybe it was just this batch... It depends on the season, and it's a blessing from nature, so I'm not going to complain. There's no problem mixing it into drinks. The fact that it comes in a glass bottle is a big plus.

It arrived crystallized, but that's normal. It's painful, like sugar, because of the crystallization of wildflower honey, especially if it's cold. If it's crystallized, it means it's not genuine. Its taste is less sweet than Manuka honey. To make it regular, non-crystallized honey, put warm water in a bucket and then put the honey in its jar. It's gorgeous, very nice—glass on the outside and wood on top. I was torn between different brands, but I decided on this one and another because this company's raw wildflower honey won the gold medal at the 2020 London Honey Awards. The packaging quality is excellent, and the product itself is the same, but the crystallization is annoying. I'll try the water method; if it goes away, I'll buy it again. But if the crystallization doesn't go away, I won't, because it's annoying. 😅
