I am really loving how easy it is to add this Organic Reishi Mushroom Powder by Frontier Co-op to my coffee in the morning! A local mushroom expert had told me that it is best to add reishi to hot beverages or water so its active compounds will be more bioavailable. I use reishi for all of its beneficial immune support. I also greatly appreciate that this one is Organic!!
Great way to affordably include mushrooms in your diet. Combines well with coffee for superfood boost in the morning. Pleasantly bitter in the way that coffee or dandelion is.
And iherb so i know this would be safe to use. I am supplementing this and another mushroom powder for my dog so i feel confident using this.
Source of product is so vital and I know this is a good source and healthy product. It has a nice consistency, so it makes it great to add to soups and such!

This is a great powder reishi for single use or formulation. The major downside is the packaging, it's sent in a bag that's way too big for the amount of product.
