I wanted Lion's Mane to help with perimenopause, but was finding so much bio-mass, instead of ground fruit. This is fully ground fruit, and only that. Thrilled to have such a clean source!

I wanted to try different mushroom powders to see which ones I like or don't like. This company sells different ones separately so I can do that. This Lion's Mane does help with digestion and sleep. The quality seems good and a little goes a long way. I like that it is organic.

This is a really good price for lion's mane, and is very effective. It can be dissolved in a warm drink, and the taste is not bad.

This is a great quality product I'm just not sure why they use a bigger bag for excess space. I dont have any concerns with the product just the size make sure you pay attention to the measured size instead of looking at the bag because it is 4 oz. I can't really tell yet a difference yet in my cognitive functioning but Frontier is a trusted brand I have used for years I will have to see how it i works in the next two months.

The ingredients are great, but it’s hard to mix. I’m new to using lions mane in a powder form, and use this in my tea or coffee. It doesn’t mix in well if you use a tea spoon and hot water. I’ll have to use a hand mixer. However I do notice the benefit, so I want to figure out a way to consume it easier. minus a star for the non resealable bag. I had to get another container to store for daily use.
