I got this because people say it makes you thinner, but I’m not convinced it’s not just a marketing stunt. This one is pasteurized, so the bacteria are already dead before you even open the package. I suppose that’s a benefit if you don't want live stuff growing where it shouldn't. The size of the capsules is normal and the ingredient list is short enough. I take it with my usual diet while I’m out working as an electrician. I haven’t noticed a massive change in my energy, but at least it doesn't taste like anything. It’s fine, I guess. If you have the money, go for it.

Pasteurized akkemansia can be as beneficial or more as live version from Pendulum but without being able to colonize your gut. And a huge difference in price!
