You are definitely paying for the brand when buying lemme products, I haven’t noticed any difference after taking these. The taste is a little off putting. I’ve popped them in the fridge and they are a bit more bearable. I would recommend just taking a hard capsule b12 over these as they are not worth the calories in my opinion
The quality is over the top, the quantity is enough for couple of months, 4th time restocking. One of my favorites in Iherb purchases! Would definitely recommend this brand 😍 and the price is very reasonable. Tastes amazing, adds flavor to everything. The quantity is massive it can last you for a year. Girlies just and 2 with your morning drink and make sure its EARLY IN THE MORNING cuz it makes u hella awake !!!!! If u take it late it would be hard to sleep! But it makes me energized all day long , no mid day crashes !! I made my mum take them and she’s in her late 50’s it works well for all ages , especially if your mum is a bit lazy and just crashes to sleep all day this works well soooo well honestly!
i suffer for extreme lack of energy and tiredness. I Take 2 gummies in the morning and after 20-30 minutes I feel more alert and invigorated. I don’t feel an energy crash throughout the day. The only downside is the taste. I hate it and I think it’s too sweet and potent in flavor for my liking sadly every time I take the gummy’s I I almost throw up because of the taste
