I wasn't sure what to expect from this as its a new brand to me. But I'm pleasantly surprised at how potent this little bottle is. Just 1 tsp. before bed mixed with water. I cycle through codeages liquid collagen, Neocells collagen and now this. I've noticed a huge improvement in my joints.

quality seems decent, bought this as an extra anti aging product. peptides are long known to help the skin

Liquid collagen is better absorbed. I don't like the artificial citrus taste though
