looks like good quality and good ingredients. size is kind of small especially for price. not sure if it's worth the money. taste and smell is not amazing, kind of like other vitamins
Been using this for about 8 months now, works really good I usually use them the 2 weeks before my period and it helps for bloating.
The only issue for me is the price. Other than that, I really liked it. This is my second time ordering
