I'm on my 2nd week of taking this. so far so good. e energy level is up and so is my metabolism. size is ok easy to swallow. change in the texture of my skin. looks younger now. no taste

I've taken this supplement for 2 months but haven't really noticed any changes, not sure what I'm exactly supposed to experience. I'll keep going for another month and then see if I replenish. The capsules are vegetarian and easy to swallow so that's a plus. Patience is needed though....
