Saw Palmetto is great for protecting the prostate but it is also fantastic for your hair. Take it once or twice per day (along with nettle root or nettle leaf) for a minimum of 3 months for hair growth. Highly recommended for those over 40. Herb Pharm is a very decent company and the liquid tincture can also be used to make a concoction of your hair.This supplement comes at a small package size of 1oz or 30ml of high quality ingredients.

Had a peculiar taste I was not used to. Using for hair growth and to benefit my hair loss, I heard palmetto is good for this as a DHT blocker.

This is the first product I purchase with saw palmetto. It's pretty easy to take you just mix a little with water and drink. The flavor is quite palatable. I've since moved on to taking it in a capsule form as I have found that to be just a bit easier to take for me personally. I do appreciate the quality Herb Pharm puts into their products.

Great quality product, however, it increased my testosterone, instead of reducing it so I will no longer use

I like this product, I like this brand. Supplemental can be taken in Tincher or capsule form. I found the Tinche to be a little funny on the stomach and intestines, so start slow. Good luck

Tincture is of high quality and had an immediate effect. It does taste bad as expected. After all a group of Quakers in the late 1600s described the berries as tasting like "rotten cheese steeped in tobacco juice."

I apply it to areas with fine hair. I like that the formula contains a lot of cane alcohol, so the hair doesn’t get greasy.

This was for my husband to encourage hair growth. He only had one small bottle so not sure if it made much difference. He also said it had a very strong taste that wasn’t the most pleasant.

This is a good product and the price is great too!
