The formula contains many patented ingredients. Although it claims to be caffeine-free, it does contain coffee fruit extract. I asked AI, and 50 mg NeuroRush™ only contains about 5 mg of caffeine, which is negligible.
After stopping pre-workout for a year I’m back to this flavor. It’s not very icky like other ones formulated. I enjoyed it. I think I will try more. Specially that it is zero caffeine.

I always look for powders on sale at a reasonable price for about a month's use. I didn't feel a difference or anything special in the workout itself after taking the powder, but the values are good compared to the competitors.
