We take this whenever we can sense a sore throat coming.. I noticed that it helps make the sore throat not continue. We take this after gargling warm water with salt.
This honey is high quality and good value for package size. It also tastes great; a tablespoon is my useful dosage when I want the benefit of better immunity. Not sure what the multifloral ingredient claim means as I am no expert, but it was easy to eat and no less delicious than previous manuka honeys I have bought in the past.
