L-Methylfolate 5-MTHF, 15 mg, 60 Capsules

I have the MTHFR mutation and was put on Deplin about 4 yrs ago It requires a prescription. and insurance wont pay. Then there's another site thst sells L-Methylfolate which isnt cheap either, but I have to take this or my depression comes back. I did a little research and what I read was that L-Methylfolate is L-Methylfolate is L-Methylfolate. If it is truly L-Methylfolate one isnt better than aanother. i take mine in clear capsules, te way this product comes. it works just as well , for me and has saved me so much money. Just make sure you get L-Methylfolate not plain Methylfolate. They are different If you're taking L-Methylfolate from the one place in FL that sells Deplin or from Methyl-Life I encourage you to try Probase-5 Its 15 mg of L-Methylfolate and I feel just as good as I did on the others but now im on autoship and psying about $84 a year, not a bottle. I'df youre someone who doesnt need a lot of tweaking ( Jaime is great with that ar Methyl-Life )but at $84 a bottle Im just a garden variety MTHFR mutant and this product keeps me from the pit and from spending so much. im very grateful to this company. I have to take L-Methylfolate if I want to not be severely depressed and of course iherb has a more affordable alternative I never looked b/c i believed that it took great care to make high quality product and i wasn't going to get some off brand. Then I read that its all the same like Na is Na. I do believe its best to take capsules Not pills b/c heat is used to bind most pills abandoned that could change it. It seems the secret is getting out and ppl are not paying $200 a bottle for Deplin When they get the same thing w/o a prescription and for aboyv1/10th the price. Get on the list to get notified if their out and i hope you have as good results as 8 have. its nothing to fool around with but this product works! May you never know the kind of despair or anxiety this mutation can cause, again. I cant comment on the anxiety side vut thete are some articles that address what and how much supplementation to take to stop the anxiety the MTHFR causes some ppl. Idk if there are consultants here but the reviews are often written by practitioners who buy their supplements here and ppl like me who have the mutation Im betting some ppl who have it and anxiety more than depression or both write to help other ppl. I have been meaning to get this review up, in case someone finds it who cant afford the high prices elsewhere &/or were afraid ( no accident from those making incredible profits)that there were other brands at all or as good
