I would not take 300mg/day but rather 100-150mg was enough for me. Higher doses made me feel too emotional with some tremors in the legs. I chose this brand due to its good price/quality ratio. Also, I take several times a day 30mg since 5HTP HALF LIFE is only about 3 hours

i had taken 3 mg melatonin since the 90s but it usually benefits only the first 3 times. last 5 6 years i tried to use melatonin for stress and anxiety too. it was better for my stress and axiety when I took it as necessary, then forcmy sleeping. and it gv me hangover in the day. it turns out the best way is to take around 50 mg of 5htp, plus perhaps 1 to 3 mg of melatonin at night. i slept well with no hangover. with the powder i am taking a tiny bit that cud help me to sleep. often even less than 1/8 spoon inside.

I use 5 HTP to boast my serotonin level in combination with Rhoidiola and L theanine to kick start the day with focused, alert yet calm mind. okay taste is a bit sweet quite nice actually it says to drink it with a bit of water but I just put the trailer with the water and have it meant in my mouth so if I am doing it correctly it's definitely not mixing with water except for stress and helps to make sleep better and improve the mood a little bit and melaton is stronger than this quality of the box is fine the way that you're supposed to do it is definitely not going to work so just take care of much less than
